Jennifer Sarasky-Morales is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose nursing career spans hospice care, clinical management, and direct patient care. This foundation — supporting patients at every stage of life — shapes her approach to mental health care, one grounded in compassion, patience, and attention to each individual.

As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, Jennifer is able to connect with and serve a broader range of patients, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving high-quality, personalized care.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health, where she developed a strong foundation in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and personalized treatment planning. Jennifer approaches every patient relationship with empathy and a spirit of collaboration, believing that good care begins with truly understanding each person’s unique story.
Her background in clinical leadership and care coordination has strengthened her ability to advocate for patients and help them navigate complex healthcare systems, so they feel supported throughout their journey. Jennifer is deeply committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and to helping each person build resilience, find healing, and work toward their goals within a trusting therapeutic relationship.

She remains actively engaged in continuing education, staying current with advances in psychiatric and behavioral healthcare.
